What a Quotation Needs

Once the headings below are clear, the quotation process completes in a single round. Leave blank anything you do not know — stating the intended use is usually enough.

• Product group: blanket, pique, kilim or yarn — with the sub-product if possible (e.g. plush blanket)
• Size: e.g. 200×230 cm
• Weight: gsm if known; otherwise the intended use (home, hotel, dormitory, relief…)
• Colour: shade card reference, colour code or a sample
• Quantity: units
• Delivery date: target date
• Packing: single bag, carton or bale
• Documentation: any specification, certificate or test report requirement

Next Steps

1. Your enquiry is assessed against production capability and the delivery schedule
2. Where required, a small-batch sample is produced and submitted for approval
3. Colour is approved; the recipe is archived for repeat orders
4. Serial production with in-line control and laboratory verification
5. Packing and shipment
