Solar Energy (PV)
Electricity generated by the rooftop photovoltaic system reduces grid consumption and lowers Scope-2 emissions. Annual output and CO₂ reduction figures are regularly monitored.
Waste Management & Circularity
Production residues such as fibre/fabric edges, dust and packaging are separated at source and directed to licensed recovery channels. Reusable materials are reintegrated into the process.
Energy Efficiency & Natural Gas
Fuel consumption is optimised through high-efficiency boiler/combustion controls, heat recovery and line-level metering. Production comfort is maintained while energy intensity per unit product is reduced.
End-of-Line Management
Off-spec and out-of-quality products arising from weaving and finishing are classified; those suitable for reworking are revised, otherwise they are disposed of in a controlled manner. Traceability is maintained on a lot basis.

Safe & Happy Workplace (OHS)
Zero accidents are targeted through risk assessments, periodic training and protective equipment standards. A feedback and suggestion system is actively operated.
Training & Development
Competencies are developed through technical training (weaving, quality, maintenance) and leadership and communication programmes. Internal promotion and mentoring are supported.
Ethical & Responsible Sourcing
Operations are conducted in line with supplier assessments, social compliance policies and product safety standards (OEKO-TEX, ISO management systems).
