Process

- Assessment: production capability and schedule check
- Sample: where required, small-batch production submitted for approval
- Colour approval: a laboratory recipe is prepared and the approved recipe archived
- Serial production: in-line control plus laboratory verification
- Shipment: dispatch per packing and delivery schedule
What a Quotation Needs
- Product group and sub-product — e.g. plush blanket
- Size — e.g. 200×230 cm
- Weight — gsm if known; otherwise the intended use
- Colour — shade card reference or colour code
- Quantity — units
- Delivery date — target date
- Packing — single bag, carton or bale
- Documentation — any specification or certificate requirement
Because order quantity, lead time and pricing vary by product type and season, we do not publish a fixed list. Clear figures are shared once you send your enquiry.
Colour and Custom Production
If a shade outside the card is required, custom colour work can be carried out: a laboratory recipe is prepared, a small-batch sample is produced and submitted for approval. The approved recipe is archived as a reference for repeat orders. Colour range: yarn shade card.
