PRIVATE LABEL
Contract manufacturing means the design and brand ownership stay with you while production happens here. It is a working model for retail brands, e-commerce sellers and corporate buyers.

What You Can Define
- Product type: blanket (acrylic, cotton, plush, tartan), pique, kilim
- Size and weight: target values are defined before production
- Blend ratio: the cotton-acrylic balance is set to the target handle
- Colour: shade card colours or custom colour work
- Pattern: jacquard (in the weave) or print — the differences
- Label and packing: brand label, care label, packing format
The Advantage of Integrated Production
Yarn sits at the centre of our production chain. Because we spin our own yarn, we have direct control over blend ratio, count and colour — which means flexibility in contract work. For a producer buying yarn externally, "shift the blend ratio this way" is a sourcing question; here it is a production parameter.

Process
- Brief: product type, size, target weight, pattern, colour, quantity and delivery date
- Technical assessment: comparing targets against production capability
- Sample: small-batch production; colour, handle and weight verification
- Approval: sample approval and archiving of the colour recipe
- Serial production: in-line control and laboratory verification
- Labelling and packing: brand and care labels, packaging
- Shipment
Quality and Documentation
Contract production runs inside the same quality system: Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Amfori BSCI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and TSE apply. Where sustainability documentation is required, the GRS certified regenerated cotton yarn option can be considered.
