How the Project Process Works

  1. Enquiry: product group, size, weight, colour, quantity and delivery date
  2. Assessment: compliance check against the specification or technical property list, if any
  3. Sample: where required, small-batch sample production and approval
  4. Colour recipe: the approved colour is archived; batch matching is applied in repeat orders
  5. Production and control: in-line size, weight and surface quality control plus laboratory verification
  6. Shipment: packing and dispatch per the delivery schedule

Documentation in Institutional Purchasing

Our production falls under Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Amfori BSCI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and TSE. The most frequently requested document in institutional and public purchasing is Oeko-Tex Standard 100, which tests more than 100 chemicals that may be harmful to human health in independent laboratories.

Our GRS certificate applies to the regenerated cotton yarn production line only. No GRS document is provided for blanket, pique or kilim products.
