Our Process

Specification review: comparing defined values against production capability
Suitability feedback: clearly stating which items can and cannot be met
Sample: small-batch production, laboratory verification and submission for approval
Colour recipe archiving: retained for batch matching in repeat orders
Serial production and in-line control: size, weight, weft/warp density and surface quality monitored
Shipment: per the packing and delivery schedule defined in the specification

If any specification item cannot be met, we say so at the outset. Declaring compliance and then failing to deliver it is the most costly scenario for both buyer and producer.

Testing and Verification

Our laboratory applies weight, dimensional stability (shrinkage), colour standardisation, wash and rub fastness, pilling and abrasion tests. Certification Scope

Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Amfori BSCI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and TSE. Our GRS certificate covers the regenerated cotton yarn production line only; no GRS claim is made for blanket products.
